SHIPPING POLICY
At Bundle Boosters we are committed to providing you the best of the best! This commitment is not just for our products but our process as well. Your order will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of payment unless you purchase during a sale, then the processing time is 3 to 5 business days. We only ship Monday through Friday, our standard shipping will take 2-3 business days to deliver on the East Coast and 4-6 days on the West Coast via USPS unless you have a P.O Box. During major sales, our shipping time is 7 to 10 business days for delivery. We recommend making your hair appointment with these time frames in mind. No shipping on weekends and Holidays.
If you received your order and want to make a change, please email us at BUNDLEBOOSTERS@GMAIL.COM. When shipping back your product, please include your order number and the details of the exchange. We strongly recommend you include insurance in case of any carrier issues. Please send your returns to:

About the Hair!
What kind of hair is it? What hair texture will match my own? Can the hair be dyed? Can I make it into a wig? Help!
Yes! The hair can be dyed or bleached to match any hair color. Yes! You can use the hair to make it into a wig. How do I keep the hair soft and moisturized? Can I blow dry and flat iron it straight? How long will the hair last?
Each collection comes with directions to help you keep the hair soft and moisturized. We believe in helping you maintain your investment. Yes the hair can be blow dryed or flat ironed straight but why would you? Enjoy being a Bundle Booster Babe! The bigger the hair the better! The hair will last as long as you maintain it and store it in the reusable box provided when it is not in use.

Do you do refunds or exchanges?
Sorry, we do not process refunds but we will gladly exchange the hair, within 5 business days of receipt of purchase for U.S. orders , for any of the other hair collections you would prefer instead of the one received. Please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of exchanges in the U.S .. All Hair should be in the same condition you received it. Please note there is a restocking/handling fee of $20.00 per bundle for any exchanges. Please notify us via email at bundleboosters@gmail.com for all exchanges. You are responsible for the shipping charges to ship the hair back to us. IMPORTANT: Provide us with your tracking number so we could also keep track of package to be received and begin processing your exchange so there is no delay in returning your order to you.

How long will it take for my order to process?
It will take us approximately 5-7 business days from the receipt of the order to process your order providing that the hair you requested is in stock. We ship all orders, domestic via USPS Priority mailing. Domestic orders take 2-3 business days for shipping.
How much hair do I need for a full head weave? for a partial weave? to make a wig?
The real question you should be asking is how big do you want the hair? For a full head weave, you will need at least 2 bundles. If you order hair more than or equal to 16 inches in length in the Bundle Boosters or Bundle Boosters
collection you may need three bundles
